2. The next step in the enrollment process will be to
generate a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) file. This task must be performed by the administrator of the server. This could be you or the ISP where your server is located.
3. Complete the form carefully with your information, the technical contact information and the Certificate options.
4. An email message will be sent to you to confirm your request.
5. Upon your email confirmation, an email message will be sent to the Administrative Contact, Technical Contact, Billing Contact for the domain you are requesting the certificate for.
6. One of the Contacts of the domain must reply to the email message to authorise the request.
7. After we receive the authorisation email, a new message will be sent to you, payment information must be provided at this stage. Company information validation will be done after payment (if the certificate requires payment).
8. Finally, a new message will be sent to you with the signed certificate.
