Instructions

1. Read and Accept the Enrollment Conditions

2. The next step in the enrollment process will be to generate a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) file. This task must be performed by the administrator of the server. This could be you or the ISP where your server is located.

3. Complete the form carefully with your information, the technical contact information and the Certificate options.

4. An email message will be sent to you to confirm your request.

5. Upon your email confirmation, an email message will be sent to the Administrative Contact, Technical Contact, Billing Contact for the domain you are requesting the certificate for.

6. One of the Contacts of the domain must reply to the email message to authorise the request.

7. After we receive the authorisation email, a new message will be sent to you, payment information must be provided at this stage. Company information validation will be done after payment (if the certificate requires payment).

8. Finally, a new message will be sent to you with the signed certificate.

Agreement

Your Certificate Request can only be processed with your acceptance and understanding of this agreement.

I hereby represent that I am fully authorised by the owner of the domain contained in the CSR submitted in this enrollment application form to apply for an SSL Server Certificate for secure and authenticated electronic transactions. I understand that a digital certificate serves to identify the Subscriber for the purposes of electronic commerce and that the management of the private keys associated with such certificates is the responsibility of the subscriber's technical staff and/or contractors.

Our public certification services are governed by a CPS as amended from time to time which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Subscriber will use the SSL Server Certificate in accordance with the CPS and supporting documentation published at the Repository.

The Subscriber acknowledges that it is liable to pay the certification fees, if applicable, for this certificate as published in the Price List.

If the Subscriber's name and/or domain name registration change, the subscriber will immediately inform nomanix.com who shall revoke the digital certificate. When the Digital Certificate expires or is revoked the company will permanently remove the certificate from the server on which it is installed and will not use it for any purpose thereafter. The person responsible for key management and security is fully authorised to install and utilise the certificate to represent this organisation's electronic presence.
